Tissue Paper Heart Wreath

This is a quick, easy & cheap project to make for Valentines.

 

 Find a round circle to trace. Fold the tissue paper so that you can cut a few layers at a time & trace the circles.

 I used a paperclip to help hold the layers while cutting.

 Start cutting, & tracing more...

I left the plastic on only because I don't plan on keeping it. For it to last longer you can wrap it with  the same color fabric first. 

Use an eraser end of a pencil, dip in tacky glue, then start placing them on.

 I had to let some dry here & there. so they wouldn't fall off.

It's that simple :)
